BAS052 WelderThe BAS052 Ideal welder is our biggest welder at Saw Service of Washington. We weld all 1”, 1.25”, 1.5” and 2” Blades with this welder. We have a daily and weekly maintenance routine, as well as a quarterly deep maintenance routine. This is to ensure the welder performs at its best every day!

BAS040 WELDERThe BAS040 is our smallest welder. We weld all 3/4”, 5/8”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 1/4”, 1/8”, and 1/16” blades in this welder. Just like our larger Ideal welder, we have the same routine maintenance to sustain its top performance.

SMP060 GRINDERSThe SMP060 Grinders are equipped with pneumatic clamping devices to support the blades during the grinding process of de-burring the weld seams. With many ways to grind welds, Saw Service of Washington goes the extra mile to bring you excellent and reliable products. With the SMP060 Grinders and our workmanship, we can keep our grinds smaller than 3/4” wide which is unlike most of our competitors whose grinds can range from 1” to as wide as 4” in some cases!
