Auto Replace Program We try to sharpen every blade that comes in our door. However, many things can happen to a blade as it goes through a log. Sometimes a blade is damaged and we are not able to sharpen it. When a blade is no longer able to be sharpened, we will automatically replace the rejected blade with a new blade of the same type, if you sign up for the Auto-Replace program mentioned above. If the same type of blade is not available, we will confirm the change with you first. You will be invoiced for the replacement blade(s) along with the resharpening.
Reasons Blades Get Rejected
1. Damaged teeth, bend or kink in blade
2. Too narrow (has been ground too many times)Cracks in blade
3. Not a 7/8 tooth space
4. No Set
